BONELESS CHICKEN KHEEMA - 500 GMS
ONIONS – 2 CHOPPED
GINGER GARLIC PASTE – 3 TBSP
HALDI POWDER 1 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER – 2 - 1/2 TBSP
JEERA POWDER – 1 TBSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER – 1 TBSP
SALT AS PER TASTE
GREEN CHILLI – 4-5 NOS.
CORIANDER LEAVES – SOME
CURD – HALF CUP
POTATO – 2 SMALL
FRIED ONIONS – HALF CUP

METHOD

-BOILED THE KHEEMA WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE, SALT, HALDI POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER.
-HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN, PUT WHOLE SPICIES, THEN ONIONS. FRY ONIONS TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
-GRIND GREEN CHILLI.CORIANDER AND CURD.
-PUT GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN ONIONS.
-SAUTE TILL RAW SMELL GOES OFF.
-PUT HALDI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, JEERA POWDER AND MASALA POWDER.
-PUT POTATO AND PUT SOME WATER AND COOK POTATO TILL SOFT.
-THEN ADD GRINDED MIXTURE.
-COOK TILL MASALA RELIES THE OIL.
-THEN ADD BOILED KHEEMA AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
-ADD FRIED ONIONS.
-PUT TAKDA OF GREEN AND RED CHILLIES.
-SERVE HOT WITH CHAPATI OR PARATHA.
